Insightful.page offers several pricing plans, each designed to meet different needs:
- Productivity Management: This plan costs $6.40 per seat per month, billed annually. It provides insights into how employees use their time, including attendance tracking and productivity analysis.
- Time Tracking: This plan costs $8.00 per seat per month, billed annually. It includes all the features of the Productivity Management plan, plus project management features like time tracking on projects and tasks.
- Process Improvement: This plan costs $12.00 per seat per month, billed annually. It includes all the features of the Time Tracking plan, plus advanced customization options to optimize company time down to the second.
- Enterprise: This plan is for teams of 100+ and the pricing is custom. It includes all the features of the Process Improvement plan, plus enterprise-level features such as Single Sign-On, Audit Logs, Insider Threat Detection, and On-Premise Deployment.
Each plan comes with a free trial and no credit card is required for the trial. The pricing is typically on a per-user basis, meaning a set amount is paid for each employee device on the account. Insightful does not bill for Admins and Managers who have access to the Insightful Dashboard, only for the monitored employees. The platform supports multiple devices per employee, which affects billing.
Please note that if the plan is upgraded or employees are added/removed mid-billing cycle, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly due to prorated billing. This ensures fairness and accuracy in billing, reflecting the actual usage of Insightful's services.
Payment Method
For Insightful.page, the payment methods vary depending on the selected payment cycle:

- For annual subscriptions, besides Credit Card payments, Bank Transfers are also accepted. This is arranged by Insightful's sales representatives.

Tax obligations and rates are determined based on the company’s current address. If applicable, sales tax charges will be displayed in the Plan section and included in the Total amount.
Before hitting the Subscribe button in the lower right corner, make sure the chosen plan and the number of seats subscribed to is correct. The subscription requires a minimum of one active license (1 active employee). If there are some deactivated or pending licenses without any active ones, subscription won't be possible.

How To Open A Insightful Account?
To open an account in Insightful.page, follow these steps:
- Sign up to Insightful by entering your full name, email, and password. Then click Sign up to proceed.
- Create your organization by entering the organization name, phone number, and organization size/ number of employees with Insightful installed.
After registration, you can download and install Insightful on your device. Once installed, log in to Insightful. After logging in, you will automatically appear on your dashboard. This completes the account opening process. Remember, the process may vary slightly based on whether you're setting up for personal use or a company. For a company setup, you might have to choose between stealth mode and visible mode for Insightful, and set up tracking preferences. Stealth mode operates continuously, seamlessly hidden on the computer, capturing data and automatically recording attendance, all while collecting productivity insights from computer activities. Visible mode means the Insightful icon will always be visible in the app tray. In this mode, you can choose whether to have Insightful run automatically or manually - between Manual and Automatic Attendance tracking scenarios. In Manual scenarios the employees can Start and Stop manually whereas with the Automatic scenarios Clock in and Clock out times are collected automatically and no user input to start or stop Insightful are needed. Additionally, you can further customize your preferences, such as enabling Time tracking on Tasks and Projects and adjusting the frequency of Screenshots taken. If you select to Track time on tasks, you’ll get to project management features. Screenshots setup Choose if you will enable screenshots from the start and the number of screenshots you'd like Insightful to take per employee per hour. Enabling screenshots is optional, but if you decide to utilize them, Insightful allows you to capture up to 24 screenshots per hour per employee. In Stealth mode, the only customizable option is the frequency of screenshots, as employees are unable to interact with the Insightful app.
Insightful Return Policy?
The return policy for Insightful.page is subject to specific manufacturer, publisher, or distributor restrictions. If the supplier accepts returns, the product may be returned and Insightful.page will assist in its replacement, grant a refund, or credit against future purchases in an amount equal to the original purchase price and freight paid for the product less any applicable restocking fees within 30 days or at Insightful.page's sole discretion.
All returns must have an Insightful.page Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA form is accessible through your myInsight account by selecting Orders, then locate RMA Request in the left navigation menu.
